Pastor Jacqueline Harvey

First Baptist Church called Pastor Jacqueline Harvey as our settled pastor in February 2023.

Reverend Harvey has served in ministry for more than 15 years in Connecticut and Virginia.  She was first licensed to preach at Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia, where she served as Associate Minister.  Thereafter, she was licensed and ordained at Union Baptist Church in Hartford, Connecticut, where she served as Associate Pastor.  She went on to serve as Interim Pastor at Putnam Baptist Church in Putnam for nearly three years.

Pastor Jacqueline received her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from American University and her Master of Divinity from Howard University School of Divinity, both in Washington, D.C.
